I spent around 15 years working with children and families in social work, including supporting neurodivergent children, young people and parents. That experience informs my understanding of communication differences, individual needs and safeguarding. My approach is neurodiversity-aware matchmaking: taking time to understand each person, with care and respect for what makes them individual.
