Acceptable Use Policy

Eligibility and Age Verification

Applicants and members must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and any identity or age-verification process.

Applicants and members must not:

• Deliberately misrepresent their age or date of birth.
• Allow a person under 18 to access the community through their account.
• Attempt to avoid, manipulate or interfere with age-verification procedures.
• Provide false, altered, borrowed or misleading verification information.

Perfect Fusions Ltd may request reasonable evidence of identity or age. Access may be refused, withheld, suspended or terminated if an applicant is under 18, cannot reasonably be verified, or provides false or inconsistent information.

Identity, Impersonation and Misrepresentation

Members and applicants must not:

• Use a false identity.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person.
• Create an account using another person’s identity or personal information.
• Use another person’s photographs without their permission.
• Misrepresent their relationship or marital status.
• Submit false or misleading verification information.
• Misrepresent their intentions, background or eligibility to participate.

Sexual Content

Members must not:

• Share, upload or distribute explicit sexual content.
• Solicit or advertise sexual services.
• Advertise escort services.
• Share or promote pornographic material.
• Send unsolicited sexual messages, images or requests.

Harassment, Abuse and Discrimination

Members must not:

• Harass, bully, intimidate, stalk or threaten another person.
• Continue contacting someone after being asked to stop.
• Use abusive, degrading, hateful or discriminatory language.
• Target someone based on a protected characteristic.
• Encourage self-harm, violence or abuse.
• Publish another person’s private information without permission.

Fraud, Exploitation and Illegal Activity

Members must not use Love Without Labels™ for:

• Fraud, scams or financial deception.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Exploitation or human trafficking.
• Child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation or grooming.
• Threats, violence or other criminal activity.
• Soliciting money, investments, loans or financial assistance from members.
• Selling illegal goods, services or controlled substances.

Privacy and Community Confidentiality

Members must not:

• Screenshot or record private conversations without permission.
• Share another member’s profile, images or personal information outside the community.
• Publish community conversations or content without authorisation.
• Collect or use member information for marketing or commercial purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another member’s account.

Members are expected to respect community confidentiality. However, Perfect Fusions Ltd cannot guarantee that every individual member will comply with these obligations.

Commercial Misuse and Unsolicited Promotion

Unless expressly authorised, members must not:

• Advertise or sell products or professional services.
• Send spam or mass promotional messages.
• Recruit members for another dating platform or community.
• Use member information to build marketing lists.
• Operate fake, automated or bot-controlled accounts.

Reporting Concerns

Members should promptly report suspected misconduct, harassment, exploitation, fraud, safeguarding concerns or policy violations to Perfect Fusions Ltd.

Serious safeguarding concerns, suspected exploitation, credible threats, suspected criminal activity or suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal while the matter is assessed.

Where appropriate and permitted or required by law, Perfect Fusions Ltd may preserve relevant information and report relevant concerns to law enforcement or another appropriate authority.

Enforcement

Depending on the nature and seriousness of a violation, Perfect Fusions Ltd may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue a warning.
• Remove prohibited content.
• Restrict community features or contact privileges.
• Temporarily suspend an application or account.
• Permanently remove a member from Love Without Labels™.
• Preserve evidence where legally or operationally appropriate.
• Report relevant concerns to an appropriate authority.

Serious breaches may result in immediate permanent removal without prior warning. Perfect Fusions Ltd may also restrict, suspend or terminate access when it reasonably believes this is necessary to protect members, investigate suspected misconduct, prevent fraud or exploitation, comply with legal obligations, or protect the safety and integrity of the community.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the community, its safety procedures, applicable law or regulatory requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of Love Without Labels™ after an updated policy becomes effective may require renewed acknowledgement where appropriate.
