Community Terms

Eligibility

To apply for membership, you must:

• Be aged 18 or over.
• Provide accurate and truthful application information.
• Apply only for yourself and not on behalf of another person.
• Use your genuine identity and current contact information.
• Be legally capable of agreeing to these terms.
• Comply with the Community Code of Conduct and Acceptable Use Policy.

Meeting these eligibility requirements does not create an automatic right to membership or community access.

Application, Review and Approval

Applications may be reviewed before community access is granted. We may request additional information reasonably necessary to assess eligibility, identity, age or community suitability.

We may approve, decline or place an application on hold where reasonably necessary to protect the community, operate the service or complete verification.

If an applicant is under 18, provides false information, cannot reasonably be verified or presents a credible safety concern, the application may be rejected and no community access will be provided.

Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details private and secure.
• Preventing another person from accessing your account.
• Maintaining accurate profile and contact information.
• Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorised access.
• All activity carried out through your account.

You must not sell, transfer, lend or share your account with another person.

Nature of the Community

Love Without Labels™ provides a private environment for eligible adults to participate in conversations, activities, relationship-focused content and community events.

Community membership is separate from Perfect Fusions’ paid matchmaking and relationship consultancy services.

Membership does not guarantee:

• An introduction to another member or matchmaking client.
• A particular number of introductions, conversations or responses.
• A date, match, relationship or personal outcome.
• Acceptance into a Perfect Fusions matchmaking programme.
• Access to every event, feature or opportunity.

Member Conduct

Members must communicate respectfully, act honestly and respect the safety, privacy, boundaries and consent of others.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, stalk or discriminate against another person.
• Use a false identity or impersonate another person.
• Share private community content without permission.
• Send unsolicited explicit or sexual content.
• Pressure another member to communicate, meet or engage in sexual activity.
• Use the community for fraud, solicitation or commercial promotion.
• Engage in conduct prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.

Agreement to these terms does not replace the separate Acceptable Use Policy or Code of Conduct. Those policies form part of the conditions of community participation.

Member Interactions and Personal Safety

You are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when communicating with or meeting another member.

You should:

• Avoid sending money or financial information to another member.
• Keep initial meetings in an appropriate public place.
• Tell a trusted person where you are going.
• Arrange your own transportation.
• Stop communication if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
• Report concerning behaviour promptly.

While we may operate application and verification procedures, no process can guarantee another person’s character, intentions, conduct, background or future behaviour.

Events

Community members may be invited to online or in-person events. Some events may be free, while others may have a separately disclosed ticket price or additional terms.

Event availability, locations, dates, capacity and eligibility may vary. An invitation or community membership does not guarantee admission to every event.

Members attending an event must follow reasonable venue, organiser, health, safety and conduct requirements.

Optional Paid Services

Perfect Fusions may separately offer paid events, relationship consultancy, matchmaking memberships or other premium services.

These services are not automatically included with Love Without Labels™ community membership. Separate prices, service terms and payment arrangements will apply.

Joining the community does not require you to purchase a paid Perfect Fusions service.

Third-Party Platforms

Parts of Love Without Labels™ may be delivered through third-party platforms, including community, communications, scheduling, verification or payment providers.

Your use of a third-party platform may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for interruptions or technical failures outside our reasonable control, although we will take reasonable steps to manage services provided on our behalf.

Community Content and Intellectual Property

Perfect Fusions Ltd retains ownership of the Love Without Labels™ name, branding, original community materials, training resources and other content created by us.

You may use community materials only for your own personal, non-commercial participation. You must not reproduce, sell, publish or distribute our materials without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting it in the community, you permit us to display and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate and protect the community.

Do not upload content unless you have the right and permission to share it.

Moderation, Suspension and Removal

We may investigate reported or suspected policy violations and take proportionate action to protect members and the integrity of the community.

Actions may include:

• Providing guidance or issuing a warning.
• Removing content.
• Restricting particular community features.
• Temporarily suspending an account.
• Permanently removing a member.

Serious safety, safeguarding, exploitation, fraud, violence or illegal-content concerns may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal without prior warning.

Leaving the Community

You may request to leave the community at any time by contacting us or using available account controls.

Leaving the community does not automatically cancel or terminate a separately purchased Perfect Fusions service. Any separate service agreement will continue according to its own terms.

Availability and Changes

We may reasonably update, replace, suspend or discontinue community features, content, events or delivery platforms. Where a change materially affects members, we will take reasonable steps to communicate it.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the community, applicable law, safety requirements or business operations. The latest version will be published on this page.

Responsibility and Limitations

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Love Without Labels™ provides a community environment but does not control every statement, decision or action of individual members. Members remain responsible for their own communications, meetings, decisions and conduct.

We do not guarantee that the community will produce a particular personal, romantic or relationship outcome.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer in the place where you live.
