How to Submit a Report

Reports may be submitted by emailing giovanna@perfectfusions.co.uk .

Where possible, include:

  • Your name and community email address.
  • The name or profile of the person being reported.
  • A clear description of what happened.
  • The date, time and location of the incident.
  • Whether the incident occurred online, at an event or elsewhere.
  • Relevant messages, screenshots or other supporting information.
  • Whether you believe anyone is currently at risk.

Section 03

What Happens After a Report

01

Initial Review

We assess the nature, seriousness and immediacy of the reported concern.

02

Protective Action

Access or activity may be restricted while a serious concern is reviewed.

03

Information Review

Relevant accounts, communications and available evidence may be reviewed.

04

Outcome

Appropriate action may be taken based on the available information and community policies.

We will seek to review reports as soon as reasonably practical. The time required will depend on the seriousness and complexity of the concern and the information available.

Section 04

Possible Actions

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Provide safety guidance.
  • Issue a warning.
  • Remove prohibited content.
  • Restrict communication or community features.
  • Temporarily suspend an applicant or member.
  • Decline a pending membership application.
  • Permanently remove an account or member.
  • Preserve relevant information where appropriate.
  • Report relevant concerns to an appropriate authority where permitted or required by law.

Serious breaches may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal without prior warning.

Section 05

Confidentiality and Privacy

Reports will be handled with appropriate care and shared only where reasonably necessary to review the concern, protect individuals, operate the community, obtain professional advice or comply with legal obligations.

We cannot promise complete confidentiality. Information may need to be disclosed where:

  • It is necessary to assess or respond to the concern.
  • Another person needs an opportunity to respond.
  • There is a serious risk of harm.
  • Disclosure is permitted or required by law.
  • An appropriate authority lawfully requests the information.

We will seek to limit disclosures to what is reasonably necessary in the circumstances.

Section 06

Evidence and Record Preservation

If it is safe and lawful to do so, preserve relevant messages, usernames, dates, event details and screenshots.

Do not:

  • Put yourself at risk to collect evidence.
  • Access another person’s account without permission.
  • Provoke further contact to obtain additional evidence.
  • Redistribute illegal or sexually exploitative material.
  • Alter screenshots or submit deliberately misleading information.
Section 07

Protection Against Retaliation

Members must not threaten, harass, intimidate or retaliate against someone because they raised a genuine concern, supported another person or participated in a safety review.

Retaliation may result in immediate restriction, suspension or permanent removal.

Section 08

False or Malicious Reports

A report made honestly will not breach this policy merely because it cannot ultimately be substantiated.

However, knowingly providing false information or submitting a deliberately malicious report may result in action under the Community Terms and Code of Conduct.

Section 09

Limits of Community Review

Perfect Fusions Ltd is not a police force, court, emergency service or specialist crisis service. A community review does not replace contacting law enforcement, emergency services, medical professionals or specialist support where appropriate.

We may be unable to provide detailed information about action taken against another individual where doing so would affect privacy, safety, legal obligations or the integrity of a review.

Section 10

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to community procedures, safety practices, applicable law or regulatory requirements. The current version will be published on this page with the latest revision date.
