Honest Participation

Members must:

• Use their genuine identity.
• Provide accurate age and profile information.
• Use recent and authentic photographs of themselves.
• Be truthful about their relationship or marital status.
• Communicate their intentions honestly.
• Update material information when it changes.

False identities, impersonation and deliberately misleading information are not permitted.

Respectful Communication

Members must not:

• Harass, bully, intimidate, insult or threaten another person.
• Use degrading, hateful or discriminatory language.
• Ridicule another member’s background, appearance or preferences.
• Pressure someone to respond, meet or continue communicating.
• Repeatedly contact someone who has asked them to stop.
• Encourage hostility or targeted abuse against another member.

Consent and Personal Boundaries

Every member must respect the physical, emotional, sexual and communication boundaries of others.

• Consent must be voluntary, informed and freely given.
• Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
• Consent to one action does not mean consent to another.
• A previous interaction does not create future consent.
• Silence, hesitation or lack of resistance is not consent.
• Coercion, manipulation and sexual pressure are prohibited.

Members must never send unsolicited intimate or sexually explicit content.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Members must not:

• Share another member’s profile or personal information.
• Publish private conversations without permission.
• Screenshot or record private discussions without consent.
• Share photographs provided privately by another person.
• Use member information for marketing or commercial purposes.
• Discuss identifying details about another member publicly.

These expectations protect community privacy, but Perfect Fusions Ltd cannot guarantee the actions of every individual member.

Safe Member Interactions

Members are responsible for making careful personal decisions when communicating with or meeting someone.

• Do not send money to another member.
• Do not provide banking details or sensitive financial information.
• Meet in an appropriate public place initially.
• Tell a trusted person about your meeting arrangements.
• Arrange independent transportation.
• Leave or seek assistance if you feel unsafe.
• Report suspicious or concerning behaviour promptly.

Community Conversations and Content

Community contributions should be:

• Relevant to the purpose of the community.
• Respectful of different experiences and perspectives.
• Free from explicit, violent or exploitative content.
• Free from unsolicited advertising and promotion.
• Shared only when the member has the right to share it.

Members remain responsible for the content they publish, upload or communicate.

Events and In-Person Conduct

Members attending an event must:

• Follow organiser and venue instructions.
• Respect the personal space and boundaries of others.
• Avoid disruptive, aggressive or unsafe conduct.
• Not photograph or record attendees without permission.
• Leave the event if reasonably asked by an organiser.
• Report immediate safety concerns to the organiser or venue.

Reporting a Concern

If another member makes you feel unsafe, violates your boundaries or breaches these standards:

• Stop communicating if it is safe to do so.
• Use available blocking or reporting tools.
• Preserve relevant messages or information where appropriate.
• Report the concern to Perfect Fusions.
• Contact emergency services if there is an immediate danger.

Knowingly submitting a deliberately false or malicious report may itself breach this Code of Conduct.

Consequences of Breaching This Code

Depending on the circumstances, action may include:

• Guidance or a formal warning.
• Removal of content.
• Restriction of community features.
• Temporary suspension.
• Permanent removal from the community.

Serious safety, safeguarding or criminal concerns may result in immediate suspension or removal without prior warning.
